Mandatory Arbitration Services
Arbitration can be either voluntary or mandatory. Mandatory arbitration is usually a clause stated in an agreement which restricts the remedy available for dispute resolution to arbitration. This clause binds the parties to the agreement. If such a clause is there in the agreement then the dispute has to be mandatory decided by the process of arbitration. The award so obtained by an arbitration process in mandatory arbitration is final and binding. But if either of the parties feel that such an award is not fair, then they have the liberty to approach the court but there have been only few instances wherein such awards have been overturned.
